Teniendo dispuesto el remate de arbitrios para 1853 y 1854 bajo las condiciones trazadas estableciendo la excluida en la venta al por menor, se acordó se obtenga la aprobación de dichas condiciones del Gobernador de la Provincial, se procedieron a las subastas.
Para proceder a la escritura de tasación y amojonamiento del terreno situado entre montes y los pertenecientes al dueño del caserío de Leguinagoicoa con arreglo prestado por José Javier Echevarri aprobado en 1848 pr la Jefatura de esta Provincia, autoriza a Tomas Larrinaga y Juan Cruz Eizaga.
