El Alcalde hizo presente que a pesar de lo acordado fue comunicado a Tomas Larrinaga no había satisfecho a las arcas municipales los 885 reales ni había presentado los documentos por los cuales acredite haber entregado a Fernando Campos la suma de 45856 reales de vellón para pago a los acreedores. El Presidente manifestó le constaba que Lorenza Larrabe se hallaba comprometida para satisfacer al Sr. Larrinaga 3186,66 reales y podía retenerse esta cantidad, se acordó quedase retenida aquella suma la cual dirija el Alcalde con oficio a Lorenza Larrabe, ordenando deje en poder de este Ayuntamiento y se expida el recibo.
