Habiendo tratado los cuatro comisionados que para la recolección de diezmos les nombró el Ayuntamiento que habían de seguir con los maíces que obraban a su disposición, se acordó que el mejor precio que podían hacerles valer.
Se presento a ofrecer Antonio Uriarte vecino de Bilbao el precio de 30 reales por cada fanega de los sobres de maíces, poniendole la condición de que debía presentar 640 reales, para los que entrego 400 reales, y por el resto salió responsable Cosme Damián Garay.
