Se acordó se socorra a Andrés Barroeta con 120 reales.
Manifestación por los Fieles el deseo que arrima al Cabildo Eclesiástico paar arreglar la cuestión habilitada a consecuencia del novenario que se han presentado sobre las posesiones , se comisiono a dos Fieles Andrés Jauregui y Juan Cruz Eizaga para que procuren zanjar las diferencias subastadas.
Se hizo presente el escrutinio general de votos para los Concejales, se acordó se fijase al publico la lista.
Se comisionó a los Fieles para reclamar el importe de los bueyes que fueron conducidos a Durango en 1839.
