El Alcalde dio cuenta de las comunicaciones del Gobernador relativo a que se remitan de una copia certificada del contrato celebrado para la asistencia de las familias pobres y otro de los títulos académicos y enterados de común conformidad, se acordó que Celestino Ereño siendo el único aspirante a la plaza le nombraron Medico Cirujano 4 años y sueldo anual de 5000 reales de vellón. Nombraron comisionado al Presdiente Manuel Lezama, Saturnino Ereño y Juan Bautista Loroño.
