Victor Legorburu, Galdakaoko alkatea (Bizkaia), 1966tik 1976ko otsailaren 9an ETAk hil zuen arte. Galdakaoko futbol taldeko presidentea izan zen. Ganguren klub alpinoaren sortzaile eta lehen presidentea. Bere agintaldian, Elexalde kiroldegiaren proiektua hasi zen, eta Galdakaora ekarri zen eskualdeko ospitalea, Durangorekin lehian.
